Benevolence Assistance

The church acknowledges its role in providing for those in the community who have not only spiritual needs, but financial and material needs as well (Luke 10:25-37).  In light of this acknowledgement, funds have been budgeted from the church within the Board of Missions to assist those with these types of needs.  To submit a request, please print and return the completed form to the church office (link appears below).  You will have a response within approximately one week.
