Ministries to children and youth are an important priority in the life of our congregation. The Christian faith is shared with our young people in a variety of ways.  However, Christian Education does not solely belong to our young people.  We have several classes for adults in the area of Christian Bible Study.   Please read further to find out where we can meet your and your families educational needs.

SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES are held each Sunday morning at 10:15 a.m. for those age 3 through high school. Even younger children are cared for in our Nursery. Sunday school children serve as our bell ringers each Sunday.

Our Preschool through grade 6 children use a curriculum entitled "Hands on Bible Curriculum" from Group Publishing.  This approach allows our younger classes to experience the many important stories in the Bible by means of Study, crafts and other learning activities.

Our Middle School class and High School class use the "Faith Weaver Curriculum", also from Group Publishing.  These weekly lessons teach our youth how to carry their Christian faith into their everyday lives and decisions.

Nursery care is provided for those younger than 3 and is staffed by a caring adult each Sunday to provide a welcoming environment for our youngest parishioners so that their parents can enjoy the worship service with out worry. 

CRADLE ROLL is a program sponsored by the Christian Education board to minister to new parents.  The Cradle Roll program provides 12 monthly newsletters for parents of children from birth to age one.  Each newsletter is intended to support that beginning parenting process, encouraging Christ centered parenting and provide information on child development.  With the first newsletter the new parent will receive information on the church nursery services available.  If you, or a family you know, has a new baby or one soon arriving, please let us know so we can get them on the Cradle Roll.  Please contact the church office or Michelle Gunnett with your information.

CONFIRMATION This coming January we began another confirmation class for 9th graders and above.  Confirmation is a faith building and strengthening process for these members of our church family and  provides an important foundation for Christian commitment and growth. It is also an enjoyable adventure, and we hope that you'll want to take part in this next year.  Please contact the church office for more information about this year's and next year's classes.

SUMMER CAMPING opportunities for young people are available at beautiful Pilgrim Pines in the San Bernardino mountains. Each summer many youth from our church spend a great week at church camp.
