A Glimpse at our Ministries

The many ministries of First Congregational Church include a wide variety of both fellowship and service opportunities. Ongoing ministries such as Fellowship/Friendship groups, our Prayer Circle and Bible Studies… to name just a few… all meet important needs for church members. Care ministries is particularly exciting just now.

Care Ministry is playing an increasingly important role in the life of our church. People in their times of need always find a kind and helping hand from their church family. Transportation, meals, flowers and prayers are just a few of the ways that we reach out to each other with kindness and caring. A program called Stephen Ministries was started in our church a few years ago and since then we have trained over 40 Stephen Ministers.  To find out more about this and other ministries through the Church, click on a link at the left.
