Starting on July 28th, Spirit of Joy will begin sharing space and holding their worship gatherings on the grounds of RUMC. This collaboration is not just a practical solution to financial challenges; it's a beautiful testament to the strength of shared faith and the unity of churches within our community.

Through a theological understanding of disability, traditional notions of wholeness and perfection are re-examined. Rather than seeing disability as a lack or imperfection, disability theology suggests that true wholeness encompasses the entirety of human experiences, including disability. Human diversity, including the variety of disabilities, reflects the richness of God's creation.
